Our Process and Services:

• We customize your Chart of Accounts to match the KYN Projected P&L.

• We enter your KYN Monthly Budget into QBO Budgeting.

• Every week we process your accounting transactions in your QuickBooks Online account.

• The level of service is customized to your needs.

• We offer Full Service Payroll Processing and Bill Paying/Accounts Payable Management as well.

• Every month we reconcile your bank accounts, credit card accounts and trial balance and add operating depreciation.

• Once the month is complete it is reviewed by Ian and our CPA for accuracy.

• You will then receive a Profit & Loss Statement, a Balance Sheet, and a Cash Flow Report.

• You will also receive a P&L vs the KYN Monthly Budget report that allows you to see how your business is performing compared to your KYN projections.

Step 3: Ian will provide you with a custom quote for the service level that you want including any catch up of prior month’s books that need to be done

 *If you have already attended Know Your Numbers, you are eligible to go to Step 2.  If you would like to do a KYN refresh, that is available at discounted rates.
